Insurance:
In compliance with required insurance protection including commercial general liability, automobile liability, workers compensation, cargo and warehouse legal liability.
$1 per pound insurance provided per state regulation at no cost to the customer during the move itself. Full value replacement insurance available at reasonable cost to protect a consumers property. Atlantic Coast recommends the purchase of full value replacement insurance.
Certifications:
Long standing member of the New Jersey Warehousemen and Movers Association, providing access to the current best practices in moving and storage.
Compliance and Regulations:
Fully compliant with all regulations via the state of New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, motor carrier rules via the FMCSA. Membership in the New Jersey Warehouseman and Movers Association provides updates to regulations and best practices.
Refunds and Damages:
Atlantic Coast provides training to all employees into safety and proper moving techniques and transit.
All moves protected by state regulation at $1 per pound. Reasonable cost full value replacement insurance offered and recommended for all moves.
Upfront payment never required and any damages will be settled based upon the regulated protection or the insurance purchased by the customer.
